Injection moulding and overmoulding of plastics
Plastic moulding
Plastic injection moulding is used to produce customised technical components and parts. This technique uses moulds in which plastic material is heated and pressed into the desired shape. Thanks to specially designed moulds that we produce in-house, we can create textured and 3D surfaces and details that add aesthetic and functional value to finished products.
Micro moulding
This robotic, liquid PVC injection process allows us to produce multi-coloured rubber items like labels and patches.
We use injection moulding and micro moulding to produce labels and patches, shaped zips, custom designs on bag and backpack panels and shoulder straps, 3D prints on tapes, textiles and leather, custom details on footwear uppers and tongues, and multi-coloured rubber articles. We also use PU overmoulding to produce details on metals, carbon fibre and other rigid surfaces.
